Have you heard about donkey cart physics, the science of soap bubbles, protein purification, or even the (f)law of averages? If you come to MIT on the 25th you will. And you will hear about much more, including new content and software applications that can be used by teachers in science, engineering and mathematics.

Join us in this exciting event that begins with a Moodle Showcase including exemplary projects from teachers in our Consortium that make innovative use of the Moodle platform. ollowing this, a number of MIT faculty and staff will discuss and demonstrate some of MIT's technology enhanced preK-12 outreach activities. A number of these include content modules that can be integrated dierctly into Moodle course sites. Then, following these presentations, you will have an opportunity to mix with the presenters.  Walk away from this event knowing how to incorporate these fantastic resources into your teaching.

7:00 - Pizza party and mixer. Meet the presenters, meet Moodling teachers
             from other schools, network freely. Enjoy the pizza and soft drinks
             before heading for home.

Directions and parking: We will be in Room 152 in Building 26 on the MIT campus. If you are using a GPS, the address is 56 Vassar Street, Cambridge. Please see the campus map at http://whereis.mit.edu/. Room 152 is a multimedia room with several multimedia stations along the walls. It is on the first floor. This is spring break for MIT, so street parking should be fine. Some of the parking lots might also be available.
